The purpose of generting a high vacuum environment, in semiconductor manufacturing is to provide a stable clean environment. The high vacuum enviroment increases yield and reduces the possibility of contaminates ruining product.
Key High’s Isolation valves cover nearly every requirement from rough vacuum to Ultra High Vacuum. Key High’s isolation valves are commonly found in Plasma Etch, CVD and Deposition systems were they are used to isolate the load lock from the pump. Our isolation valves are also used to protect Residual Gas Analyzer’s, Soft Starting Systems, to Venting / bring back the chamber to atmosphere.
Key High’s valves are offered with Right Angle, Inline and Straight Through mounting configurations. Key High’s isolation valves are operated manually and pneumatic, are offered with all the standard flange interfaces. We routinely modify our base valves to meet individual customer unique requirements.
