- KEY HIGH carries an extensive inventory of completed components that are available for immediate shipment. Orders received before 1:00 PM local time, for standard stocked components, will be shipped the same day.

KEY HIGH routinely modifies its standard product line to suit a wide variety of our customers needs and goals. In the circumstance of a special length, shape, size, etc., please feel free to contact us and a product specialist will assist you.

In order to facilitate rapid shipment to your organization KEY HIGH requires the subsequent information;
- Bank reference
- Three trade references
- Dunn & Bradstreet reference number (if available)
WARRANTY
- KEY HIGH VACUUM PRODUCTS, INC. herein after referred to as KHVP warrants all products manufactured by KHVP to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment to the user.
- Liability is limited to repair or replacement of unit as determined by KHVP.
- Consumable items such as bellows, heaters and gauge tubes by their nature may have a service life of less than one (1) year in some environments, if unit fails to perform for a reasonable time frame as determined by KHVP, unit will be repaired or replaced at KHVP’s election.
RETURNS
- All returns must have a RMA # issued by Key High and shall be received prepaid.
HOW TO OBTAIN AN RA#
- Contact customer support, explain the issue, provide part number, serial number, purchase order number and invoice number.
- KEY HIGH’s customer service will approve and provide you with a unique RMA #
- When returning the product to KEY HIGH, include the RMA # on all paperwork, and on the package itself. This allows Key High to process the return efficiently.
