Aluminum ISO-Mono valves are built with pride and are quality high vacuum valves. Our Aluminum ISO-Mono valves feature an aluminum valve body, which is machined from a single block of billet aluminum.
Aluminum is light weight, offers superior corrosion resistance and outgasses less than stainless steel naturally. Additionally, the thermal characteristics of aluminum allow lower bakeout temperatures compared to stainless steel. The unique physical properties of the Aluminum ISO-Mono valves result in base pressures being reached faster, saving time and money.
Since the Aluminum ISO-Mono valves are machined from billet aluminum, the interface dimensions are exact (welding has been eliminated). Entrapment areas / virtual leaks are nonexistent, and the overall weight of the high vacuum system is reduced.
Key High's Aluminum ISO-Mono valves are offered with standard mounting interfaces, manual and pneumatic (spring to close) actuation, and are ready for install upon receipt.
