Key High's ISO-Mono valves are built with pride and are quality high vacuum valves. Our ISO-Mono valves feature an aluminum 6061t6 valve body machined from a single block of aluminum. This results in extremely smooth flow paths, no entrapment areas or seams, virtual leaks eliminated, and an exact compact modular interface (+/-.005).
ISO-Mono valves offer many advantages compared to other valves. Aluminum is lightweight, offers superior corrosion resistance, and outgasses less than other materials. Its thermal characteristics allow lower bakeout temperatures compared to stainless steel valves. The unique physical properties of the ISO-Mono valves result in faster realization of base pressures.
Key High's ISO-Mono valves are offered with standard mounting interfaces and manual and pneumatic (spring to close) actuation and are ready for installation upon receipt. Pneumatic ISO-MONO valves are fail-safe, single-acting, normally closed, and include a 120/60 solenoid. All valves manufactured by Key High are leak-tested using a helium mass spectrometer calibrated for a minimum sensitivity of 2 x 10-10 std. cc/ sec before shipment.
