Rotatable ASA Flanges

Key High's ASA flanges are directly descended from ASA/ANSI 150 # flanges. ASA /ANSI flanges are usually found in larger-scale industrial equipment. Our ASA flanges are manufactured from 304 stainless steel and are sized to accept tubing from 1-1/2" OD to 12" OD. Rotatable ASA flanges have a two-piece design (receiver and insert), which allows the flange receiver to be rotated, aligning the bolt holes during installation. These ASA flanges are rugged and designed to be used in high vacuum and medium pressure applications. The large bolts used on ASA flanges can withstand vibration and temperature extremes. As with all the O-ring flanges in this section, one has an O-ring groove, and the other mating flange is smooth-faced.

  • Grooved flanges include Viton® O-Ring
  • Operating temperature 0 to 180°C
