OL Series mechanical pump fluid is a distilled hydrocarbon fluid developed for all types of mechanical vacuum pumps. This fluid performs especially well in direct drive pumps. It has excellent resistance to oxidation and gum formation.

Octoil Diffusion Pump Fluid (Molecularly Distilled Synthetic Ester)
Octoil is a highly distilled synthetic ester fluid designed for use in diffusion pumps where pressures of 10-7 torr are required. It has become a standard fluid in diffusion pump leak detectors and mass spectrometers.
