All pneumatic QBV-MF air cylinders are quick-acting and feature factory “Air Cushions.” Air Cushions dampen vibration during the valve's opening and closing cycles. Pneumatic QBV-MF series valves have double-acting air cylinders that are normally closed. Operating air pressure is 60 to 100psig. In the event of an electrical utility failure, the valve will close and remain closed until service is restored. All pneumatic QBV-MF series valves are shipped with a 120/60 solenoid.
