Key High's QBV Series Butterfly Valves are quarter-turn isolation valves. They are available with three actuation methods: manual, electro-pneumatic, and motorized.
The benefits of Key High's butterfly family are compact design, fast actuation, and a linear, high-conductance flow path. QBV series valves are designed to operate at pressures as low as 5 x 10-8 torr.
Key High's family of QBV valves is offered in five flange interfaces: Bolted, MET-SEAL, ISO-NW, ISO-MF, and ISO Bolted.
QBV series valves are ideally suited as isolation valves and as exhaust dampers. Key High offers a locking handle option in our manually operated QBV series valves. The locking handle is a direct benefit in exhaust damper applications. Once the correct pressure is established, simply tighten the handle, and under/overshoot issues can be addressed.
Before shipment, all QBV Series valves are leak tested using a helium mass spectrometer with a minimum sensitivity of 5 x 10-9 std cc/sec.
