Manual, Motorized, & Electropneumatic Butterfly Valves, "MS" Series

Key High’s "MS" series butterfly valves feature industry standard "CF" style flanges. This flange interface uses OFHC Copper gaskets to realize greater levels of vacuum.

The QBV "MS" series valves are isolation valves that offer high conductance. The butterfly valve's “gate” quickly pivots 90° to the fully open / fully closed position. Butterfly valves require significantly less space than gate valves and have a short gas path.

The QBV "MS" series valves are offered in four (4) standard sizes, 2-3/4" OD through 8" OD. We also offer many custom options for unique applications.

QBV-15-MS and QBV-25-MS are rotary knob operation (not shown), QBV-40-MS and QBV-60-MS are lever operation.

Operating pressure is 60 to 100 psi. Standard air cylinders are double acting normally closed and will close in an electrical failure and remain closed. All valves include 120/60 air solenoid standard.

Magnetic reed switches for position indication. Reed switches feature an LED indicator for visual confirmation of valve position and have a two-meter cable. Switches are 110 to 120 VAC or 4.5 to 24VDC and must be specified at time of order.	-RS
