Key High DF Series Diffusers are an award winning product, that are designed and manufactured to introduce large quantities of gas quickly into a vacuum chamber or load lock during the venting of a process. DF Series Diffusers break up the incoming gas stream evenly and uniformly and will dramatically reduce cycle time by diffusing the incoming gas stream into a large uniform flow.
DF Series Diffusers feature standard ISO interface allowing the use of bulkhead clamps to a chamber, as well as a 1/4” VCR® fitting for rapid installation into your system. Construction of DF Series Diffusers is 304L and 316L stainless steel.
By incorporating DF Series Diffusers in your system, you can dramatically cut cycle time as opposed to conventional venting procedures and have less particle issues to address.

DG Series Diffusers are based on the same proven design as the DF Series and incorporate a diffuser built directly into a standard ISO centering ring, allowing the diffuser, to be used with no additional hardware. The construction DG Series is 304L and 316L stainless steel.
