DF Series Diffusers
The DF-MSA Series Diffusers feature standard UHV Met-Seal flanges, allowing the use of standard hardware. The incoming gas line connection is a ¼" VCR fitting. Construction of DF-MSA Series Diffusers are 304L and 316L stainless steel.
By incorporating DF-MSA Series Diffusers in your system, you can dramatically cut cycle time as opposed to conventional venting procedures and have less particle issues to address.
- Maximum inlet pressure = 30 psig
- Maximum operating temperature = 120 ° C
