Metering Valves, Accu-Flow

A micrometer drive that allows predictable and linear flow patterns with a wide control range as well as a positive shut off. The micrometer drive is ideal for precise control of gas accurately at any desired level. All valves are leak tested at 3 x 10-9 std. cc/sec helium and display no measurable leak.
