Key's All Metal Bakeable Valves are designed for Ultra High Vacuum applications, are intended for high temperature service, as well as cryogenic applications. Key's reliable design offers hundreds of leak free cycles of the OHFC poppet without replacement.
  • Bakeable to 400°C (open), 300°C (closed) Cryogenic to -200°C
  • Bellows Sealed
  • High Conductance
  • User replaceable OHFC bonnet
