KEY HIGH VACUUM PRODUCTS, INC. herein after referred to as KHVP warrants all products manufactured by KHVP to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment to the user.
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of unit as determined by KHVP.
Consumable items such as bellows, heaters and gauge tubes by their nature may have a service life of less than one (1) year in some environments, if unit fails to perform for a reasonable time frame as determined by KHVP, unit will be repaired or replaced at KHVP’s election.
All returns must have a RA# issued by KHVP and shall be received prepaid.
